  1. Tell me about yourself

    My name is XYZ , currently pursuing btech final year in CSE stream from ABC Institute. I secured 88.2% in 10th standard and 82% in 12th standard and currently in engineering my aggregate score is 74.3 %. Computer science is omnipresent that is it is present in every field and hence I have invested these last 3.5 almost years in developing my software skills. I learned various technologies including Programming in Python and  C/C++ and databases and I am also familiar with web development including JavaScript, Bootstrap , django etc. which helped me in my mini projects as well as in my  final year project. I have participated in some hackathon  and ideathon , in which the best one was the FIGHT CORONA IDEATHON Organized by MHRD’s innovation cell because my idea was at 57th place among 1000+ student category participants. I  have also participated in technical and cultural fest of our college and I stood first in hackathon. My hobbies are blogging particularly technical blogging and listening to music. I am the person who always believing my self and confident about what I believe and I am also very optimistic in tough times.

    I would call myself as team player  because Throughout my academics I have participated in various technical and non-technical competitions and  served as both a team leader and a team contributor, so I'm extremely comfortable working in a team environment. Regardless of the role I'm put in, I utilize my  reliability ,flexibility and, positive attitude so that I can become a key contributor."

  3. Why should I hire you ?

     As, I am a final year student, I don’t have any work experience, but I strongly believe that I am much more capable in giving significant contribution that will be surely beneficial for the company’s growth point of view.

    And, I am reliable, extremely hardworking, and strongly capable in understanding any process & making decisions with minimum supervisions, I can ensure you that I will always give the first priority to my responsibilities. I am good at maintaining relationships with people too.

    I am a Btech final year computer science student. During my academics I learned operating systems, computer networks thoroughly and I am also familiar with web development including JavaScript and PHP.I am also skilled in C/C++, python and JAVA.

  4. What is your weakness?

    I default to believing that I can solve any problem on my own. This works well in many situations but in few cases, I need the help of others to overcome factors beyond my control. In one instance, I had an project on web technology, that was the mini project and I had seven days to complete the project. At that time I was a beginner in web development but my best friend was familiar with front end designing because he had already learnt in his 12 standard. Instead by taking his help, i started the project on my own, it took 3 days to learn all things properly then i started to build my project but in 2 days, I was able to complete only half of the project, and deadline was after two days then I decided to took help from him, because I didn’t want to take any risk for my sessional marks, and after that  i completed the whole project, with his help and my efforts, before the deadline. I did a lot of self-reflection afterwards. Since then, I’ve been training myself to take a step back before diving into problem-solving mode and identify people or groups that can be resources to me and from whom I can learn  new things in a familiar way.

  5. What is your strengths ?

    I consider my leadership skills to be one of my greatest strengths. because In last 3 years of btech, Many times I was the team leader of my team. In the project teams, there were member with different mindsets , some of them had growth and some of them had fixed. But my task was to convert, fixed into growth and I am proud of that I was able to accomplish this task by leading them in a strategic manner. I lead them that how to achieve goal by achieving goals in pipelined manner. And I also had to be flexible in helping other members, whichby their dedication didn't decrease. I tried my best to balance co-operation among the members by relating to each member and making them feel heard.

  6. Why do you want this Job? (This answer is AWS, you can modify)

    Amazon’s  reputation and value is certainly a factor. Also a senior of mine who has been working here in the AISPL department as Cloud support associate for the past 2 years has said that company’s culture provides day by day growth in learning new things, really rewards hardwork and give chances to your potential to showcase your skills. As I did a  course on Lynda for How to host a website on AWS ? At that time I had not much knowledge about AWS so I followed the instructor and learned functions of various parts. But now I have an opportunity to work for that product and I would love to be a part of the product’s growth . As a fresher, I strongly believe that I can grow professionally in my career while working here. From my research on the company’s work ethics, I can ensure you that I will always try to focus on the company's mission to become Earth’s most customer-centric company.

  7. Tell me about the challenges you have faced to complete a project ?

    In our college’s cultural fest, I participated in wall painting competition and I was leading the team. We had 5 days to choose the theme for painting. After a proper discussion, we all agreed on a theme that was related to artificial intelligence. Before one day of event, head co-ordinator had  sent me schedule of the event and I thought that he will also send the schedule to all members but he didn’t send. And we had to reach the college before 3 hours from main fest. As my team had no information of schedule because of my mistake which was communication gap, so when I reached the event place, then nobody was present there. Immediately I called my team on phone and when they told me that they had no information about the schedule then i realized my mistake and, I also confessed my mistake. I requested them for reaching at the event place within 20 minutes. After that We all completed the painting successfully and  my team was the first runner up. This challenge taught me that along with proper leadership, proper communication drives a project to completion.

  8. Where do you see yourself in five years?

    In five years, I would love to be a domain expert that others can go to for ideas, help and strategy. I’ve had amazing seniors in my college, whose guidance helped me in  conflict situations , so I’d like to be able to provide similar guidance, potentially taking on a leadership role. And I would also like to increase my managerial skills for self-growth and also for the company's growth.

  9. Tell me about your hobbies ?

    My hobbies are blogging particularly technical blogging and listening  to music. The main purpose behind my blogging is that sharing knowledge with others strengthens my knowledge and makes me feel happy and satisfied.

  10. What is your motivation for doing a good job?

    “My biggest motivation is my family. They are my biggest source of inspiration and my strongest supporters as well. When I see my parents dedication and their sacrifice for me, it gives me the drive to be like them. As my father is retired government employee but he always supports and encourages me to perform better. And my mother is a house wife, she always sacrificed for my growth and comfort.  And my sisters always Motivates me to think big and act as a catalyst in my down time. All these things Motivates me to do things in my best way.
