In this article, we'll walk you through the complete hiring process for the AWS Cloud Support Associate role, including the sub-rounds within each stage, to help you prepare effectively.

There would be two rounds for the recruitment and each rounds will have the sub-rounds.
    1. Online Assessment
    2. Interview

AWS Cloud Support Associate Online Assessment Round

The first stage of the hiring process is the online assessment, which consists of two sub-rounds:

Sub-round 1: Work Simulation

In this part of the assessment, you'll be presented with real-world scenarios that you might encounter as a Cloud Support Associate.

Sub-round 2: Computer Networks MCQs

This sub-round tests your understanding of computer networks concepts through multiple-choice questions (MCQs). Brush up on your networking fundamentals and practice solving MCQs to improve your speed and accuracy.

AWS Cloud Support Associate Interview

If you successfully clear the online assessment, you'll proceed to the interview stage, which consists of three sub-rounds:

Sub-round 1: Operating System Round

During this round, the interviewer will assess your knowledge of operating systems, focusing on topics such as process management, memory management, file system etc.

Sub-round 2: Computer Networks Round

Similar to the OS round, this round will evaluate your understanding of computer networks. Expect questions on networking protocols, OSI model, TCP/IP stack and troubleshooting techniques etc.

Sub-round 3: HR + Managerial Round

In the final round, you'll meet with hiring managers for a behavioral and managerial assessment. This round aims to evaluate your communication skills, teamwork abilities, problem-solving approach, and cultural fit within the AWS environment. Prepare to discuss your career goals, experiences, and how you can contribute to the team's success.
