Job Responsibilities

As a Cloud Operations Engineer, you will participate in L1/L2 on-call support and drive production incidents through to resolution. You will manage AWS and GCP Identity and Access Management (IAM), handle access requests, administer VPN, Single Sign-On (SSO), and JumpCloud, and support CI/CD operations using ArgoCD, GitHub, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins.

The role also includes administering operational tools such as Vault, PagerDuty/Oppex, Facets, Groundcover, and New Relic. You will manage configuration changes, user onboarding and offboarding, security requests, and support cloud data platforms including Databricks, Snowflake, Airflow, Dagster, Elasticsearch, and database operations.

Additionally, you will review cloud invoices, contribute to cloud cost optimization initiatives, support SOC2 audits, assist with key management and compliance activities, participate in New Relic and Oppex rollout projects, and maintain operational documentation and runbooks.
